Once you book, you'll receive a short pre-session brief to complete. We'll ask for your website URL, any brand files you have, and a clear description of what you want reviewed and what decisions you're trying to make. The more context you give us upfront, the more value we can pack into the session itself.

The Clarity Session is built exactly for that. You choose a single focus area: your logo, your homepage, your app onboarding, your packaging, and we go deep on that one thing rather than spreading the session across everything. Focused feedback on the right problem is often more valuable than surface-level feedback on everything.

The full fee you pay for any consultation session is credited against any Prodzyn service you book within 30 days of the session. There's no partial credit, no fine print; the entire amount comes off your project invoice. If you book a project, the consultation effectively costs you nothing.

Yes, always. If your brand and website are in good shape and the issues are elsewhere, we'll tell you that clearly in the session and in the written report. Our goal is to give you the most accurate picture of where things stand, not to create work for ourselves.
